Sanatan Seal – Certification Policy
1. General Policy
Certification fees paid to Sanatan Seal are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Payment for certification is considered a service charge for the evaluation, verification, and administrative process of certification.
Once the certification application has been submitted and the process initiated, the fee will not be refunded, even if:
The applicant withdraws from the process voluntarily,
The certification is denied/rejected due to non-compliance, or
The certification is later revoked due to breach of compliance.
2. Certification Validity
A Sanatan Seal Certificate is valid for one year from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
Renewal is subject to re-verification and the payment of applicable renewal fees.
3. Non-Transferability
Certification is granted to a specific business/entity and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person, business, or entity.
4. Revocation of Certification
Sanatan Seal reserves the right to revoke or suspend certification if:
The business is found to have misrepresented facts during the certification process.
Any act of fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance with the certification standards is discovered.
The certified entity fails to uphold ongoing compliance standards during periodic audits or reviews.
5. Limitation of Liability
Certification by Sanatan Seal is a mark of verification and does not serve as a guarantee of business performance, product/service quality, or commercial success.
Sanatan Seal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the certification.
