Sanatan Seal – Donation Policy
1. General Policy

Donations made to Sanatan Seal are considered voluntary contributions to support our mission and initiatives.

Donations are not payments for goods or services and may be eligible for tax benefits as per applicable laws.
2. Refund Eligibility
Sanatan Seal follows a 90-day refund policy for donations under specific conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to connect@sanatanseal.in within 90 calendar days of the donation date.

Refunds will only be processed if:

The donation was made in error (wrong amount, duplicate donation, etc.),

A technical/payment gateway error occurred, or
-
The donor demonstrates a valid reason, subject to internal review.

3. Non-Refundable Donations

Donations made more than 90 days prior to the request date will not be refunded.

Donations received through third-party campaigns, events, or collaborations are non-refundable.

Once utilized for a project or activity, donations cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
4. Processing of Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be made to the original payment method used during the donation.

Any bank charges, transaction fees, or payment gateway deductions will be borne by the donor.

Refund credit may take 7–15 working days, depending on the bank/payment provider.
5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe your payment method has been used fraudulently, please report it immediately.

Refunds for unauthorized transactions will be processed only after verification with the payment gateway or bank.
6. Transparency in Use of Donations

All confirmed donations will be utilized solely for Sanatan Seal’s projects, awareness activities, and community initiatives.

Donors will be provided with receipts for valid donations, which may be used for compliance or tax purposes.
